Your Role

As a member of the Legal Department of Swiss Life Luxembourg, reporting to the Head of Legal, you will cover a broad range of legal topics, in particular:

  • Provide legal support and advice to the different departments of Swiss Life, for both Private Wealth and Employee Benefit matters
  • Review and negotiate business-related agreements
  • Manage complaints and litigations
  • Conduct legal research and assist Swiss Life in relation to regulatory changes

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in law (mandatory); a Bar admission in an EU country would be appreciated
  • Knowledge of the EU and local insurance / financial regulations is a requirement
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the life insurance / private banking sector or in an international business law firm
  • Business fluency including contract drafting skills in English and French
  • Experience of support to activities in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional situations
  • Company secretarial experience would be appreciated
  • Proactive approach, business acumen and strong team player, ability to question and willingness to progress
