Support the Data Protection Unit with developing operational aspects of the data protection program, such as the register of processing activities, DPIA and DSAR processes for Cargolux and its subisdiaries, as it may be required. Assessing the company’s operations and processes to determine data protection risks, providing of legal advice, providing support in the scope of projects with data protection implications. Suggest improvements and recommendations with regards to data protection matters. Support in the implementation of the AI compliance program inlcuding performance of assessments required under the new AI regulations.
Assist in planning, organising compliance training and communications initiatives, updating and maintaining records, and compiling reports.Collaborate with other departments in the rest of the Company to direct Compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.Develop and review training material.Assist in delivering training sessions to employees and agents.Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures.Support the Compliance Department in the activities required to ensure the implementation of an effective compliance program.
